Answer:
You can send a message to the Webmaster under "Club Information" --> "Contact Us."

Complete and submit the form.

Your request will be cross checked against the master membership roster and a username / password will be sent back to the e-mail you supplied.  This may take a few days for processing.  Only paid PF&G members will be registered.
